Prices
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments
Perfect Manuscript reserves the right to request that payment be made in advance of receiving the services via the payment systems available on our website or that will be communicated to you. However, if there's a mutual agreement with Perfect Manuscript, payment shall be made prior to final delivery of the service.
Purchase prices and invoices may be based on information that you provide to us, including the word count of the documents you are submitting for service. You represent and warrant that such information is accurate, and you agree to pay to Perfect Manuscript any additional charges arising from any inaccuracy in such information within eight days of notification thereof.
Refund Policy
A refund will be issued upon request if:
. If you are completely unsatisfied with our service.
. It happens that your Credit/Debit Card was used fraudulently by someone else.
. There was any overpayment for a particular service.

Copyright
Clients submitting documents to Perfect Manuscript for service retain copyright in such documents, and Perfect Manuscript requires no other credit for work completed other than the service fees described on the pricing page. Perfect Manuscript does not claim any rights to such documents by virtue of providing its services, and will not use or disclose such documents for any reason other than providing our services.
You represent and warrant:
i. that you own or otherwise control all the rights to the documents that you submit to us.
ii. that the document is accurate, and that use of the supplied document does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity, and
iii. that you indemnify Perfect Manuscript and/or its affiliates for all claims resulting from any document you supply.
